Please be aware when you purchase a poem, with or without graphics, customized or otherwise, it does not give you rights to that poem. You will sign an agreement that you will not sell, change or reproduce, in whole or in part, any of our poems, or graphics, without written permission from the author(s).

However, if you send me a poem that you have already written just for a layout, then you retain those copyrights and the only thing we would have the right to use again would be the design and layout.

Please be aware there are no refunds on our poems. However, if we have made an error, we will make it right.

We have sold thousands of poems and have never had the first complaint. This does not mean that someday we won't but everyone so far has been more than happy with their poems. We have had some returned due to a mispelled word and a line left out but never because they were not happy with the words.
